As a property developer for over a decade now, I've seen how estate developers shortchange their clients and build substandard houses that demand repairs in no time. For all these years managing and developing properties my encounter with most agents has given rise to a neglected need, most agents have not cared about telling property owners to remedy minor issues, and pointing out errors to them and insisting on excellence and quality at the same time.
